The Zebra DS3600 Ultra-Rugged scanners are fast becoming the benchmark in industrial-standard barcode scanning solutions. They’re extremely tough, user friendly and capable (they scan both 1D and 2D barcodes). At Barcode Dynamics, we stock the hugely-popular Zebra DS3608-HD (corded) and DS3678-HD (cordless) models.

The DS3608-HD and DS3678-HD models are dust-tight, spray-proof, water resistant (IP67 standard), impervious to cold, and relatively drop-proof (they can survive a 2.4-metre fall onto concrete). They also feature remote programming / diagnostics, and a scanning range of up to 21.4 metres. The imager in the DS3608-HD and DS3678-HD models is capable of reading 1D and 2D barcodes (even imperfect ones) in a variety of sizes and densities. In addition, the DS3678-HD cordless scanner emits a Bluetooth signal which doesn’t interfere with existing Wi-Fi networks.

The DS3608-HD and DS3678-HD scanners are ideal for “critical” operating environments, such as factories, warehouses, cold storage facilities, hospitals and large retail environments.
